These were the items of focus! Pat and Greg were searching to find a community they could invest in to raise their son and enjoy walks in their neighborhood. The search was challenging, as it is for most buyers in this competitive/scarce inventory market, but we didn’t lose faith or compromise! This is a hard thing to accomplish – but we did! I am proud to say they didn’t settle and found an amazing home in Happy Valley… CONGRATULATIONS!
