Kwi, Ben and their kids had been living abroad for over 3 years. They were able to teach their kids about travel, other cultures and different languages! Explore other parts of the world and scratch the travel itch. As fun as that adventure was, it was time to come back to the states and Portland, the city they always called home. They were referred to us by their financial advisor, who is also a client of ours! (Referrals are our favorite, and the highest compliment we can get.) We found a time to connect from across the world on zoom. We made a plan, introduced them to a great loan officer, and set them up to get listings right away. Even though they were still across the world, we wanted them to be in a position of knowledge when they arrived and were ready to look. The plan worked perfectly. When they touched down, we hit the ground running, and found them a great place quickly. There were multiple offers, but Kwi and Ben are fast learners, and had done their homework. We strategized, and they wrote a fantastic offer, with just the right terms to win the day. Soon they will have the keys and restart life stateside! What a joy it’s been to help this very lovely family get back home!
