Congrats to Roberta on the successful sale of her condo in Multnomah Village which ends one significant chapter of her life and begins the next. Roberta was the first owner at the Applegate Condos in the Village and has served as the HOA president. As SW Portland has gotten a little too popular and crowded for her she hired me to sell her condo and help her find a new home in Woodburn.
