Emily and Matt had been touring for some time and were smitten with a sweet home that hit the market in the Roseway neighborhood. The home went pending with another buyer and they continued their search, believing they had missed their opportunity at this dream home. A few weeks into the transaction, the buyer of the home backed away from the sale and Emily and Matt jumped at the opportunity to submit their best offer quickly, before the home was released into the open market once more. Their surety about the home was clear and their offer was accepted. We just had the great pleasure of handing them the keys to their new home!
