Grace and Mike began their search with open minds. Though they loved the part of town they were in, they did not want to limit their search to only nearby neighborhoods. They hit the ground running in a highly competitive market, with record low inventory, and explored new areas of town. But when an amazing home (with room to grow!) hit, in the area of town they know and love, they jumped at the opportunity. They had found their dream home, in their dream neighborhood, and with friends close by, instant community. All with plenty of space to start a family someday. Congratulations!
