Buying a house in the summer time can be a sweet delight. The warm weather and longer days make house hunting an awesome experience. It allows you to explore the neighborhoods on bikes or foot, and take in the local coffee shops and lunch spots. You can see the potential in the garden and green spaces. Envision your tomato plants and flowers. Open houses are thriving and plentiful. Check out your future neighborhood farmers market all while house hunting.
