The Highest Honor

Kristine has become a friend, as well as a client. She was referred to me by a former clients parents. I was told “she is a dear friend, so please take good care of her.”

Being trusted to take good care of family and friends has been the highest honor I have received in this profession.

We started our search in the last throws of summer 2018 and she got the keys to her new home right in the middle of the summer 2019.

Here are a few of my favorite things about my friend Kristine:

  • Every message is well composed. Calls, texts, even emails have salutations, sentence structure and paragraph form. It’s so rare these days to see that level of thoughtfulness and it was endearing.
  • While working together, whenever we spoke,  Kristine would address the question at hand and also include a little gem from her day.  These little details gave me insight into her everyday life on San Juan Island.
  • Her commitment to her dog Sammy is unparalleled, he’s a very lucky dog.
  • Her taste in homes, as it turns out, is stellar.
  • She is a brave soul to sell a home in Bend, move to San Juan Island and put an offer in on a home in West Linn, virtually sight unseen. Luckily, She was able to go through the home thoroughly during the inspection period.

Being able to effect change in your life based on your goals is simply too hard for some to face, but not Kristine!  Thank you to the Leach family of Bend, OR for referring me to Kristine. I am honored to receive your trust.

Congratulations to Kristine and her two, almost teenaged, granddaughters who will be greatly benefited by being close to their thoughtful and determined grandmother.
