Rachael and Alex are a Vet and Vet Tec who came to us wanting to be close to OHSU. Alex’s parents have been heavily involved with the real estate market in Eugene, and were excited to help their son and daughter in law jump in for themselves. Between the four of them, we started with a very clear picture of what they were looking for. Very shortly after starting to look they found a beautiful home less than a 10-minute walk from OHSU and they decided this was the home for them. After getting everyone’s seal of approval, Alex and Rachael got the house under contract. We are now days from closing and they are very excited to start the next chapter of their lives in a new house with their guinea pigs, gaming consoles, and scrubs making it their home!
