We hit the Jackpot! In this market where homes are sold in a weekend and the competition of fierce, my buyers got more than they dreamed of in this lovely home on a quiet Portland street.
We found the home while we were all out of town. My buyers had friends that lived just minutes from the home, so the asked them to pop over to the open house and tour them through using FaceTime. The moment I was back in Portland, I did the same and we made our move.
Six offers came in and ours was the most competitive. After a swift, successful 7 days of due diligence my buyers were heading to the signing table. There was barely time to breath! We are all grateful and managed to make it a super fun transaction.
