Welcome to Dunthorpe!

By Yascha Noonberg, August 3, 2020

Congrats to the Bernstein family on the purchase of their absolutely stunning new home. It has been a pleasure to step foot in this residential masterpiece for every appointment. The Bernsteins reached out to me recently to discuss the possibility of relocating their family of four from New York to Portland and had been watching our market very closely. After looking at all of the sold listings for the last few years, there was only one home that completely blew them away and it just happened to be pending when they contacted me. After viewing the pending home with hopes of submitting a backup offer, I was able to discover that the house next door was built by the same builder and was just about to hit the market.  As it turns out that house next door was the home of their dreams and it was an amazing experience to be a part of this perfect deal coming together for everyone.
