When to terminate?

By Rachel Cardman-Brewer, March 28, 2024

When is terminating a contract the best idea? There is no right answer . Sometimes, it’s just obvious. There is too much work which means too much risk, but what about when it’s not so black and white? The answer is simply that when you really think you have to. There should never be any overwhelming pressure for you to move forward with something that “just isn’t feeling right”. Have your agent arm you with all the factual information that they can, and then trust your own process. You should be walking away from this whole experience with an elated feeling, not a defeated one.  If you feel pressured in a negative way, walk away from that agent too.
