While searching for homes for my friend in the SE, I came across a home in NE that after one glance, they had us at interior roll-up garage door!
So hip, so chic and all so close to the good times in Alberta, Killingsworth AND Irvington areas. There could not have been a better location.
After deciding he was OK with a smaller jewel box, we jumped on this home like it was our first meal after quarantine in our favorite restaurant, and we won!
