You are invited to a community dinner and tour at the Daybreak Cohousing community. This community is located in the popular neighborhood of Overlook, which is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown and offers quiet, serene surroundings. Daybreak has 30 condos and an array of shared amenities, including yoga/meditation room, commercial kitchen, bike storage & repair shop, library, gym, guest quarters, gardens and so much more.
At dinner you will have the opportunity to meet some of the residents. After dinner there will be a brief introduction to co-housing and what is unique about Daybreak along with a tour of two units that are currently for sale. RSVP at jrpotocnik@gmail.com!

Dinner will begin at 6pm followed by a program at 6:45pm. After the program, you will have the opportunity to tour the common areas and two condos that are currently for sale.
