…her efforts have made our cross-country move way less stressful than we thought it was going to be. When we saw our dream house get listed, Megan got us a private in-person showing in less than 24 hours. Her tips and strategies in the negotiating process ultimately helped us beat out six other bids. We chose from one of the lenders she recommended to us and had a great experience with the mortgage process as well. Since closing, Megan has gone above and beyond in many ways, including getting different contractors into our house to fix up things noted on the inspection report (the inspector she recommended was amazing as well) before we move, going over to take packages inside the house for us, etc. The only unpleasant part of our whole home-buying experience was the flight out for the private showing, and I’m sure that would have gone much better if Megan had been in charge of it! 🙂 Really top notch experience in every way, we can’t recommend her highly enough.Â
