We are incredibly lucky to have met William at an open house several years ago. From that first meeting, we recognized his genuine enthusiasm in helping people navigate the housing market and find exactly what they are looking for. His involvement in the process is extremely helpful and never overbearing or pushy. He has a wealth of knowledge which he shares through helpful videos and via on-line resources/reads. It had been many years since my husband and I had gone through the house buying process.When we decided to get serious about it, we called upon William. He did not hesitate to step up and walk us through the process as if we were his only clients ( which was far from the truth). He got us connected to a rockstar mortgage broker, who we are grateful for as well. The devotion and time he spent in helping us find the right house for us was above and beyond. He even continues to be of assistance after the closing process. We have truly appreciated all of the resources he has suggested from handyman to painters and for his assistance in helping get a lock smith to the house.
