Congratulations to my wonderful clients Elizabeth and John on their new vacation home up on the hill. They as everyone else loves the homes perched up on Beulah Reed Road. The views are amazing and there is plenty of privacy. The IPE deck surrounds the south east side of the home and the views stretch south to Rockaway. The home had almost everything on the check list: new roof/gutters, siding, windows, remodeld kitchen and flooring.
