Sharon is a perennial professional, a tough negotiator, a fast worker, and through it all, a true pleasure to be around. Sharon worked with us for a few months until the right home appeared on the market, all the while responding to our numerous questions, making recommendations, and sharing a positive attitude that eased the inevitable stresses that crept up during our search. When the right home showed up, she acted very quickly to contact the listing agent, and begin the process of submitting our paperwork. It just so happened that we had a timing issue in securing our loan with our original lender, which could well have been a deal breaker.
