Breaking Records at Liberty Oaks!

Record-breaking sale for this townhome! I was referred to the sellers of this home after helping their neighbor with a sale earlier this year. When a renter in the community showed interest in this townhouse, we were able to put a deal together without having to go to market! The whole transaction worked out really well for everybody as the sellers were in the midst of moving back to California. Both this townhouse and its’ neighbor have been the highest priced sales in the community. I’m glad I was able to help out on these transactions and always love to see satisfied clients!

Closed! Classic Bungalow Undergoes Cosmetic Updates and Goes Pending in Four Days!

We closed! Out of state sellers, Deitrich and Shauna, had a lot of updating to undertake in order to get their charming NE bungalow ready to sell. But we got it done in a flash and ended up with multiple offers in just 4 days on market! Original wood floors and classic built-ins complimented a newly updated kitchen, new carpets, fresh interior paint, landscaping, and staging. We saw a ton of traffic right away and it was no surprise. This bungalow was truly special with it’s proximity to Alberta and Dekum St. and a lovely, large fenced backyard with raised beds ready for planting—ready for a quickly approaching spring!
