Nothing beats the menu made up of locally sourced ingredients. The combination of locally sourced ingredients and the creative ways they dress up typical dive bar eats leaves you full and wanting more.

My favorite eats:
A fair-ground favorite, the corn dog. This Olympia Provisions sausage hand-dipped in the house-made batter is paired with all the mustards you could ever want. The satisfying crunch from the sausage casing met with the booming flavors of the meat, mustard, and breading will leave you disappointed at fair-grounds going forward.

I swear they have an Italian grandmother in the kitchen because their spaghetti bolognese leaves you feeling a matriarch’s love when you get to the bottom of the bowl. Everything in that bowl compliments one another and their garlic toast makes for the perfect utensil to scoop up every last bit of sauce.

Their New York Strip Steak is a meat lover’s dream. Have it cooked how you want it, but I get it medium-rare. The Oregon truffle herb butter on top of a sizzling hot steak that melts in your mouth brings a tear to my eye with every bite. Their side of curly fries is everything you want from a fry – crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and well seasoned. This duo paired with their house aioli hits the mark every time.

Start your night off while you wait for your entree with one of their rotating signature jello shots. These aren’t like what you get from college parties. Served in a glass, you’ll need a spoon to enjoy their take on classic cocktails. Their extensive list of liquors gives the bartenders so much room for creativity outside of their standard menu. I personally love going in and being able to get a Grayhound made with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice.

Stop on by Interurban for your date night, night out with friends, or to celebrate a special occasion and do us all a favor of asking when they are bringing back their butter chicken with fry bread.
