The house has been wonderful, so much light from outside and expansive enough to accommodate the waves of visitors we had all summer.  We had times of every bedroom filled and a tent full of kids in the backyard.  Made us appreciate that we went for house "bigger than we needed."  Even more than the house, we love our neighborhood.  We've gotten to know people all around us (many sweet 30 somethings), shared gardening tips and produce, watched each others houses while away.  Our police officer neighbor down the street says he's got neighborhood security under control.  Joe adores riding his bike to work every day.  He rode all last winter except for a handful of days. We love heading over to Alberta Rose for music and walking to restaurants. Thank you so very much for all of your support in our transition.  You were so important in making it work for us.  We felt totally supported by you in the process.

When we saw our dream house get listed, Megan got us a private in-person showing in less than 24 hours. Her tips and strategies in the negotiating process ultimately helped us beat out six other bids. We chose from one of the lenders she recommended to us and had a great experience with the mortgage process as well. Since closing, Megan has gone above and beyond in many ways, including getting different contractors into our house to fix up things noted on the inspection report (the inspector she recommended was amazing as well) before we move, going over to take packages inside the house for us, etc. The only unpleasant part of our whole home-buying experience was the flight out for the private showing, and I'm sure that would have gone much better if Megan had been in charge of it! :) Really top notch experience in every way, we can't recommend her highly enough. 

If I could give them 6 stars i would. I have bought and sold homes 7 times in my lifetime as I moved a lot due to my job. No surprises, no miscues, they know what they can answer and know when you need to seek answers that need an attorney's assistance. They handed it all and made my life very very easy. Pricing of the house to sell was very well done and we ended up with an over asking price sale even in this rough economy and higher interest rates. And even though their home office is 45 miles away they never let the drive to see me bother them at all. I can't urge anyone enough in the Portland Metro area or surrounding communities to use them to sell your home and/or help you find a new home.

In the competitive Portland home market, it was a relief to have someone as tenacious and knowledgeable as Ella. Because we received financial help from family members, Ella had to walk the tight rope between making us happy and making them happy. Ella met this complex situation with a lot of patience and respect, and it made all the difference. She is the best kind of agent. She listened to my needs and wasted none of my time looking at properties that were out of my price range. And I was looking for cheap! In a certain area. Agents work on a commission, so this was not a lucrative sale, however she treated me as if I were her best client. Every time a new listing became available with potential she took me to see it. And it took awhile, but she hung there. She used her extensive knowledge in neighborhoods and architecture to guide me towards a good investment. She pointed out things that could become a problem. It took almost a year, so at times I felt pretty discouraged that we would succeed, but we found it! I am now living in a home with the size, area, quality and price I was hoping to find.
